Some victories are indeed celebrated and remembered. However, most triumphs are not achieved simply at the moment of winning but through millions of sacrifices, steps, and actions taken long before the final result becomes known.
This year, we congratulate our Director, Benjamin Raletsatsi, on participating in the 2026 Comrades Marathon in Durban, South Africa, and achieving personal victory. The Comrades Marathon is one of the world’s oldest, largest, and most challenging ultra-marathons, held annually since 1896 and covering 86 km.
Undoubtedly, the Comrades Marathon is not just a competition with an ultimate goal of finishing first. This event is a true embodiment of relentless efforts and exceptional mental and physical resilience needed to overcome serious challenges along the way. The Comrades Marathon is a trial that pushes participants to their limits, testing their endurance, resolve, and determination. No matter how seemingly impossible it is to make it to the end, a strong desire to finish the race will eventually bring results. Completing the Comrades Marathon takes months and years of hard work and preparation, as well as a firm decision to accomplish all goals, no matter what.
This impressive victory of Benjamin Raletsatsi once again confirms that no one achieves excellence on a regular basis without putting in the hard work. It takes hundreds of hours of preparation and training every single day to improve and move forward. It requires discipline, motivation, and the ability to set aside distractions. All these qualities play a significant role in building successful leadership, as well as in achieving personal and professional goals.
Mr. Raletsatsi has already shown his team on numerous occasions that he is the kind of leader who sets high standards and never gives up on anything he starts. His strong character, determination, and resilience inspire colleagues and prove that true success is attained by those who never abandon their dreams, despite all challenges. Benjamin Raletsatsi has demonstrated his leadership skills once again after finishing one of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons.
Today, we acknowledge yet another example of a strong leader who motivates his team through his own actions and inspires others to become leaders themselves. Today, we celebrate this inspiring victory, as well as the Director’s exemplary conduct and devotion to his work and community.
Congratulations, Benjamin Raletsatsi! Your victory is an excellent demonstration of the power of determination and resilience. We wish you much success and countless other impressive achievements in your future endeavors!
